Some advice Please.

I was ok to walking and light exercise to build my muscles, but I have to avoid pressure on my pelvic and yet build those muscles up.  I am on a high protein and fiber diet and cannot have any dairy.  The food is not a problem, but I am used to doing aerobics but hve been forbidden to do anything that will jiggle and move my organs out of place even more.

I tired doing some Yoga but I need muscle building exercises any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks

HOW?!?!?!?!

So I have been doing a pretty good job of losing weight and gaining it again.  On my birthday I went to the ER to check something and was told that I need to rest and avoid heavy lifting and vigorous exercise.  How am I supposed to lose weight without exercising. I can’t even walk.  My husband is freaking out and doesn’t let me do anything.  My doctor can not see me until the 18th I am going to go crazy with my husband babying so much, though I should milk it for a while, since he rarely takes over household duties.  I also need to change my diet plan and that is going to make me crazy.  Well back to my classes.  I have to concentrate on my school work for a bit since I have not been able to study since Sunday.

One year and a month later

I have finally decided to take hold of my excercise and health again after a year of just plain chaos.  I gained weight during my pregnancy which took me back up to 218 but I have lost 18 pounds not much in a year since I’ve had my baby nut I haven’t really been excercising or watching what I was eating you could say I took a year off. Well since Santa brought me an Extreme Fit mat, one of those plug and play mats kind of like the Wii, I decided to do a plan and start my workouts and get back in touch with my friends here on Buddy Slim that helped so much last time I started this journey.  I have a horrible sweet tooth, and addiction to Soda.  That’s really my major problem.  Plus I got lazy about excercising.

I’m Back!

I had my baby on November 16th, I see my dr. on Monday for my post partum visit, which she should okay me for aerobics and exercise. I’m so happy that I’m actually skinnier than when i got Pregnant, so I’m hoping to lose it all faster this time around. I’m so excited to start my exercise program again.

So for my birth story, well my baby was born at 1:40 am without the dr. he actually came out all by himself, the nurse came in to check on me and him because the monitor stopped registering his heartbeats and she couldn’t find it so she pulled the blanket back to check how much I had dilated and there he was looking back at us. That was a total shocker for me and for the nurses on my floor.

Well I hope to catch up with all my friends soon.

15 days left

I got 15 more days until I get to meet my son, if he decides to stay that long. Which it seems to be his plan since he is still high up there and at the moment sticking his butt out, and if I’m not mistaken a knee under my rib. lol
I’m getting impatient and anxious I want him out now.

26 days left

I have 26 more days before my son is suppose to make an appearance, I’m excited and anxious. I haven’t gained a lot of weight. I’m actually 2 pounds away from being the same weight I was when I started out in Buddyslim. So I’m not upset about that, I know I can lose it fast when I start exercising again. I have been eating my chocolate cake with milk every day. I can’t help it I’ve been craving chocolate real bad, oh and pork fried rice. lol My son already weighs 6 pounds according to his measurements, I can’t wait to finally see him. Oh and I can’t wait til my ribs are mine again. lol

Update on my pregnancy

I promised to keep you updated, sorry it’s been a while.  I’m doing really good, I’m 5 1/2 months along and found out it’s a boy.  I haven’t gained a lot of weight yet.  I’m hoping I don’t gain too much, it’ll be easier to lose it all again. lol

Although if it was up to my cravings I’ld be close to 300lbs. I’ve been craving sweet things, especially pound cake (this week). Well talk to you guys soon, I have to go to the store now to buy some things.

It’s been a while since I’ve blogged

First things first for those of my buddies who haven’t found out, I’m expecting my second child to be due around Nov, 20.  HOpefully I’ll have a little girl this time around. 

Well this pregnancy is definietly different than the first, I’m fatter than I was before, I’m always tired, I try to stay active and walk, I’m trying to the excercise program that babyfit has for pregnant woman, I want to try other stuff as well, I want to try an maintain the same weight as I get bigger, I only want to gain the 15 pounds that baby and extra stuff will make me gain.  My back feels like it’s going to fall off and I’m only about 7 1/2 weeks, I don’t even want to contemplate what it’s going to be like months from now when the baby is bigger.

I’ll try to stay in touch and keep all my friends here updated on how i’m doing with my pregnancy weight gain goals. :smile: 

Thank You

I got back last night, the funeral was yesterday, I’m at peace with everything, sometimes it feels like I just dreamt everything up, but my arms and legs are still sore from all the walking and keeping my son busy.  It also helped a lot the fact that he was put high into a wall instead of buried underground, and his wife (my grandmother) has alzheimer so she didn’t realize what happened, but the day before he died she went to see him at the hospital and argued with him because he wasn’t home, that brought a smile to his face even though he couldn’t open his eyes.  He lasted 10 years with cancer and died at the age of 90.  He will be missed, and we were lucky to have him this long. 

Thank you guys for your support and kind words, I will forever treasure them.

I never thought I would see this day.

You kind of hope that your family lives forever, my great grandfather the man who raised me, passed away last night.  I knew he was real sick and that his time was coming but, it hurts , even though I prepared mentally for this day, right now I’m trying not to cry in front of my son.
